THE PERSON BEHIND SCHROEDER OUTDOOR SERVICES
More than a “tree guy.”
I’m Nick Schroeder, owner of Schroeder Outdoor Services and an ISA Certified Arborist. My perspective comes from studying living systems and caring for landscapes, as well as working in the trees.

Learning is part of the work.
Maintaining ISA certification means renewing the credential every three years. The continuing-education route requires at least 30 qualifying CEUs; ISA also allows renewal by retaking and passing the examination. That ongoing commitment matters to how I approach the craft of arboriculture.
The tree and the whole property.
My conservation and municipal forestry experience shapes the questions we ask about what you want to retain, what needs attention, and the space around the work. Equipment access, ground protection, material handling, and cleanup belong in a clear conversation before the project.
Our family-owned business is based in Crystal. Tell us your goals and what a finished project means to you, so we can put the proposed work into a scope you can review.
